Custom Build System Warranty

The Warranty Policy for Custom Build Systems Made by VDufu.

Overview

All VDufu Computer custom-built systems come with a 1-year basic system warranty, which includes free labor for mail-in repairs and manufacturer warranties for all essential parts.

Warranty Options

Customers can also purchase an optional replacement warranty that fits their needs (listed below).

Option I: 1-Year Express Replacement Warranty

Option I is a 1-year express replacement warranty that we contact the manufacturer for warranty(details see our return policy).

Option II: 2-Year Extended Labor Service

Option II only available to those who purchased Option 1. 1-Year Basic System Warranty + 2-Year Extended Labor Service = Total 3 Years In Labor.

For both options, if the OS Drive needs to be replaced, the original operating system, drivers, and software will be reinstalled2.

Basic System warranty covers hardware only (i.e., CPU, memory, motherboard, hard drive, CD drive, video card, Power supply, controller, speakers, keyboard, mouse, case, network card).   2. Equivalent replacement parts are allowed if the same items are not available. Parts that are damaged due to user error will not be covered by warranty. Same part replacement if the parts are in stock. Otherwise please allow a reasonable amount of time to order replacement parts from our vendors. Any bare-bone systems coverage is limited to drives, CPU, memory & add-on cards. Bare-bone chassis, power supply, and motherboards are not covered. ↩
